And What About The Snippets?

“Hello, World!” If you’re new to WordPress, that’s the first suggested blog post, an introduction of yourself and your blog to your audience. So, hello, world. I am Fiigmo Mulligan, a lovely little amalgamation of a pen name, the derivation of which will likely be revealed in the not too distant future.

Ok, but who are you and what’s this blog all about? And, as the title has already begged, what about these snippets?

Before you go thinking this blog sounds like the name of an alternative band from the early 2000’s, let me set the record straight. I had a blog in the early 2000’s. It was a wonderful outlet for my risque ramblings, a bit of angst-filled prose, and yes, those lovely snippets. It was also a fucking mess. As was I.

Fast forward and I hope that this blog will still be a wonderful outlet full of the same ramblings, prose and snippets, just more organized in thought and pattern. As am I.

I am fluent in sarcasm, often converse through song lyrics and movie quotes, and have been known to make a reader blush a time or two or three. And while my language may sometimes be raw, the thoughts have likely stewed in my brain and my soul for quite some time prior to being served on the page. 

Heed this as a warning and an invitation.
